Bellaire Kitchen

In this project the customer wanted an open concept kitchen.  The original kitchen was crowded and dark with a small island.  We had a “flitch” beam designed by a structural engineer and approved and inspected by the city of Belliare.  The “flitch” beam utilized steel plates that allowed us to tie the new beam into the existing elevation of the other beams and connecting ceilings.  We switched location of the fridge and the range to make the range and the range hood the focal point of the new design.  Other key features of this kitchen designed where as follows: upgraded 48 inch commercial range with custom stainless steel range hood,  built in wine fridge, farm sink, pot filler, built in microwave located in island, gold plumbing fixtures, reinstallation of Subzero fidge and water fall island counter top with 3cm quartz.
